It continues to ask for credentials and upon providing your info a pop-up wanting me to purchase what I already have. This has been going on for months. This is definitely an important tool that Brokers need to conduct business so please fix the issue.

This app used to be very convenient and efficient however for the last year or more, it's been absolutely useless. My transactions don't pull up. Buttons don't work when touched/clicked.

Love the concept, but I cannot get past the pop up asking me to order what I already have. The most disappointing thing is there has been no effort by the developer to fix or improve the app.

Update 2/14/2017 Just upped to 5 stars - can now add documents from DropBox, Google Drive, Box, and OneDrive! This app now solves all of my on-the-road requirements. Great job, ZipForms / ZipLogix! Thanks! Update - 9/23/2016 Disregard prior review. While the app can send out an email with a link to which to reply (and attach a document - pdf, for example) it only seems to work if you reply from a desktop PC, grrrrrr!! If you open the sent email from your iPad, and reply back with an attached pdf file, it never makes it back to the app -- only seems to work from a desktop PC -- which completely negates it as a DropBox workaround when in the field. My workaround was to generate a fax cover page for each client and save in my email -- as docs could still be emailed into the app, but you had to have the fax cover sheet available prior (i.e. Can't print/send it from the mobile app - only the PC app). Update - 9/21/2016 Another update - just realized that I can email documents (pdfs) into the app -- that will hold me over until DropBox or other cloud support arrives. Just need to make sure to email yourself, at least once, an email from the desktop/browser app such that you have the appropriate code for each transaction. *********************************** While the app seems to be getting better (and more reliable) it appears that recently they've removed the ability to check the status of e-signers from the mobile version (still works OK on desktop). And while they've added DropBox support to the desktop version, apparently it's still a future release item for the iPad (although tech support indicated in an email yesterday that it is planned for a release in the near future. They also mentioned that the disappearing e-signature status was part of the overall plan, and that it should be returning as well). Having sold software for many years prior to selling real estate, I can vouch for the fact that it's never a good idea to rollback features in new releases. Hopefully DropBox support will arrive soon, and the ability to check e-signers status will return as well. ************************************* After some head-scratching to get the app to work a few months ago, it seems to work intermittently. When it works, it seems to work fine. My biggest issue is no DropBox support. If I'm on the road and need to have a doc e-signed that is in DropBox, I'm out of luck (docs have to be uploaded into the app prior to racing out the door -- kind of defeats the purpose). Lately, I can only login successfully about every 7th or 8th attempt. I get an error indicating that my verification credentials have failed. The same logon/password combo works fine in a browser (and I checked the appropriate "CAR Credentials" box). If the login would work on a consistent basis, and I could use DropBox, I would give the app a higher rating -- but currently, it is too inconsistent to trust. Update 6/18/2015: E-Signatures are very frustrating on this platform. Recommendations: - Ability to combine documents into a single document when e-signing (if signing directly from the app); Otherwise docs must be combined manually in Adobe and then initials/signatures manually placed on each page -- TAKES FOREVER!!! Also, if there are 2 Buyer or Sellers, why not have the option to place two initials or signatures at the same time? The issue is sending (or receiving) 10 or 12 documents in a email -- agents generally do not like that (everything in a single document works best for most agents. If you receive 5 or 6 offers on a property, if they all have multiple docs attached it gets very unwieldy. Many listing agents request offers only in a single document just for that reason. - When placing signatures manually, would be great to be able to adjust up/down/right/left with cursor keys -- easier on the hand/wrist than with a mouse - App constantly locks up when adding signatures manually -- I have to "save" after every set of initials. Invariably, when it locks up, I have to "quit" and then "check status" to start over again -- very time consuming and frustrating! - DropBox support would be welcomed -- very cumbersome to sign docs when on the road. - On the plus side, the new interface for signing is excellent -- much easier for clients to navigate -- thank you for that. This could be a great app if it was just designed to work the way agents work (and it didn't lock up consistently).

It would be a great tool IF it actually worked. It is supposed to allow you to send a contract to your client to esign, however you cannot get past step 2 of 3 to actually send it. I tried multiple times with still no avail. The "next" button stops working while trying to use this feature. Disappointed...

It keeps saying incorrect credentials but in fact I entered it correctly. I contacted app support for months and NO REPLY.

I pay a lot of dues to CAR for this app to be such crap. Almost everything has moved to mobile, of course CAR is still 5 years behind 2010 technology. *Last App revision was JUNE 2015!!! - shows exactly my point!
