Useless app and product

Doesn’t even pair with my iPhone 11 I keep getting pairing unsuccessful or it won’t even show up. Wish they would update this app to be more compatible. Now it’s completely useless.

Super easy to navigate. Pretty pictures. Just snap, choose printer, hit enter. Love it!
It won’t connect

It always says “connection unsuccessful”, tells me to make sure it’s on and in range. When I hit retry of shows the printer I want to connect, it’s on and I’m range, so annoying. Can’t do nothing with my printer since this is the only app I can use it with.
