Worst app ever

When i asked to unsubscribe, it took about a 4 hour process. You cannot do it on your phone, it has to be on the computer. I just delete my account hoping that i do not ever get email back again, if that doesnt work i guess were all stuck. LOOK OUT, DONT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS RETARDED APP.

Very excited you guys have a app now! woo! it is an awesome first app at that so major props there! some changes I'd like to see though, be able to choose exactly what to sync from the camera roll, make a distinction between videos and pictures like put a symbol on videos. fix it so it syncs even without the app open like "box" and "Dropbox" do. and make it so it can upload videos right now, it will upload maybe 25% then say it randomly lost connection, even though it clearly didn't. Other then those features to shoot for, great first rendition!! Encore!

So far so good! I'm waiting on my new Mac to get here so well see how it works with that but so far with my iPod and iPhone it's pretty cool! Also getting an iPad soon hopefully this will be an app I hold on to for all my devices! :) thx! Coders don't get enough credit!!!

Documents are always around me, easy to access whenever I need. Thumbs up!

It doesn't offer free cloud space. I'd rather stay with Dropbox and Sugarsync

Pricing and service is poor

Pricing looks good at first, but then thy want to charge you for "options"'that others provide free. I was suppose to have 14 day free trial, but that never worked but immediate started getting offers of increasing amounts off. Further investigation showed one company with 4 different brands. The company is more Into marketing than providing a good service. The interface for application is good.

I am trying to use this app on an IOS device and not having much luck. In particular I'm trying to backup my IPhoto albums ad keep getting an error message and have to sign in again and start over to no avail. This is extremely frustrating. I don't think I will re up when the time comes.

I frequently require files from my computer at home and this is the best way I have found to achieve this. Areas that needs improvement: Faster response to requests to upload or download files. Faster server Updated files on desk computer do not update on my iPhone.
