This app has not been updated in over a year and does not work in IOS 11. I contacted Zinio and they have no estimate when an update will happen. A shame, used to be a great app.
Offline viewing needs to be better

Can’t get past the home screen when offline unless you have internet access. Had a bunch of mags downloaded to read on the plane but couldn’t access them. Poor experience and very boring plane ride.
Can’t cancel a subscription

There is no way to cancel a subscription in the app. Zinio renews subscriptions without my approval and does not even provide a contact number to call to cancel a subscription. Unethical!
Really great app

Love this app. One critic is I wish they optimized for different versions of readers. On iPhone is a bit small print wise but not unreadable. The music magazines I subscribe to have tons of extras they let you access and I've found the experience of ordering via Zinio vs the actual magazine to be immensely on Zinio's favor. Great company and app
Continually asks for reviews

Can’t Manage to Update Library

App can’t manage to update my library. I received an email stating a new edition to one of my subscriptions has been released, and I go into the app to download. App can’t manage to update and pull in the new edition despite a full cellular connection and WiFi access. Force closing and signing out/signing in can’t even fix the issue. So now I’m stuck here paying for a subscription I can’t access.
