Renting is not easy, especially in a place like Southern Cal. Zillow makes it look and feel easy. Phew! Sigh of relief for such easy and comforting help.
Outdated rental properties

It seems everyone of the rentals we have attempted to view are already leased out or the property managers are not calling back when we leave messages. As we go to drive by these properties we see families already in them.
