My app would not open and state that I have to be connected even thought I am and I’ve tried countless times to the point it’s unplayable

This update is bad due to how the censored areas now include 8 word to the censored limits and makes it so you have to talk in all caps but if they can fix the new problem they had caused by there next update then this game is great to play. Game is great for adventure and making friends plus for all those roleplay gamers out there, this game has the ability to get you to be able to roleplay I’m three different areas, in the city, alliance and private chat. Along with rp you can socialize with your fellow city mates and be able to have fun both role playing and helping each other out. This game is a great game to play and hope to future players to have fun in this game. ???

First off I’ve been playing this game since 2012. I started off not liking the game at all, I really hated being attacked all the time and loosing everything I worked for. Then when I finally make it to lvl 23 the city #1101 falls apart there are wars constantly and people abusing the system and hacking. Which there are still a lot of that going on and you all are letting it go on? I’m sick of it, you say you are throwing out hackers left and right for violations but I don’t see the ones that are hacking around me gone, that have a huge amount of kd and all characters unlocked and at lvl 40, when they are only a lvl 20. That impossible without either pay to play or cheating. Ik you all are going way too far with this pay to play. I’m officially done with the game. I’m also tired of not being able to move around my city because you all have way to many incoming players and can’t fit them all in, so update your maps and make them bigger for once. For once you all need to go through all your negative comments and take advice, you all are loosing players that have mostly been playing this game for years and have put a good amount of money in your game, just to try to win. We are all getting fed up. We love your game and love the graphics, the enablers, the dating, the missions, and the cvc, but it’s getting too much way too fast to accommodate every new player. Maybe it’s time to listen to all your long time consumers. Thanks guys it was fun while it lasted. There was a lot of fun times other than the negative, I met some really good allies and alliances. Also had fun with other thing in the game but my time with the game is up.

It’s a good and entertaining game to play when you’re bored. There are a lot of things to do, which is great! It’s just that there are a lot of glitches whenever I get on the app and try to play... Overall it is a good game, and if the glitch would fix that would be great.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time since it came out I believe I love it so much the memories I made and all the times I got attacked by high level players losses most of my troops and resources but I still played even when I promise not to attack a player I keep playing this game leveling up slowly and watching alliances grow to the number one spot and others disappeared out of sight but, I missed how the game was so lively the city chats were booming with messages talking about the new anime come out Comparing the episode and characters however it all fading slowly but I will sill play this game until it kills me thank you Zgirls for sticking with me everyday and thank you too all the commanders in the game with all they cool abilities and there love especially saki and carols pudding. After several days of playing this game I was excited to progress with the story, but this game has some many issues with freezing and not loading it no longer became worth my time. Sad cus I was looking forward to something new and the game seems like it has a lot of potential.
