When I get to starting screen it stops loading at 70 percent. Is there a bug?

Hey dev, don't know if you noticed, but it seems many people (including me) aren't able to play the darn game because it can't even load up at the start, getting stuck at 70%. I've checked around the other reviews and online websites and it seems this has been going on for quite some time now. It seems like you don't care about your player base, seeing as how you seemed to have failed to respond to emails and customer support (according to other players, as I can't even play the game.) I don't know what's going on with ya, but as of now this thing isn't worth the time of day.

I’ve been playing this game for a long time and I love it. But I just got a new phone and the game won’t load. On startup it gets stuck loading at 70% please help!

Whenever I try to log in the game keeps getting me stuck on the loading screen! I waited an hour for it to load, but it still wouldn’t work! I have good WiFi, and stuff but, it just keeps on loading to 70% PLEASE FIX THIS! :<

I would like to continue to play this game but everytime I try to log in, it goes up to 70% and just stops. It won’t load anymore. I don’t know if the game has a bug and/or if others are also having the same problem. Assistance is needed please.
