Wish I could rate higher

I really like the premise of this app, but my capital one accounts aren’t integrating with this app. Designers know about this, but Capital One and Plaid (the aggregator service that AskZeta uses) are erratic at best. Would rate much higher if they can sort this out with a permanent solution.

App deletes your records

Today when logging an expense the app somehow merged all my logged transactions and merged into one. After contacting support the pop up says they reply in 54 mins - I waited by the chat window for a hour. Nobody replied. And I checked my transactions again, and now everything has been deleted - 0 spent! Great ! Guess I will tell that to my budget sheet.

Started using the zeta app about a month ago - it has REALLY helped my boyfriend and I keep track of our finances. You’re given many options for how you separate your finances which is super helpful and unique as far as I know. The customer support is especially excellent. Responses are swift and very friendly. ? All the graphs are beautiful and easy to quickly interpret. Highly recommend this app!

Exceeds Expectations

I’ve tried several budgeting apps, and this one works the best. We can track our accounts and our expenditures for free, and we can use either the online platform or the app. It learns typical expenditures and what categories they fall into—whether we create the categories or they’re pre-loaded. I found a glitch and notified support via the chat online, after which they fixed the glitch itself AND went into my account to fix the accumulated problem, all in one day. Impressed!

When we got married, we tried out numerous budget apps. Zeta was the one we landed on. Some of our favorite features make us able to: multi categorize transactions, ignore transactions, sync all of our accounts, personalize budget categories, track savings goals, zero out the budget, copy the updated budget simultaneously to all future months, get weekly updates on our spending, and all within a really sleek, attractive design. Additional bonus is that they’re always updating the app to make it better. We love Zeta!

I did one star only cause I had to in order to send review. I read reviews an it sounded like a good app but I tried it and couldn’t get by the set up part I couldn’t scroll down the screen to hit continue so I can’t get any further. Well guess I delete an try an find another that will works ☹️

Good financial management app

Good thing about this app is not require to link bank account, you can either choose to auto link or manual input. It can do both tracking shared and personal account. The only thing I wish they can have subcategories or can choose more than one #hashtag to have overview summary main and detail on each expense.

After close to a year of using this app I still love it. Like I said in my I initial review my wife and I tried many apps, but we didn’t find one that actually checks all the boxes until I came across Zeta. I like the layout, how detailed everything is. There are many improvements over this year; they added new features, which some (many) are useful and others not so necessary. The new layout is great ??. The support team is still good and quick to respond even after gaining more users. And now they have a joint card for couples. Maybe you should partner with some good online bank and offer savings with better or high interests rate (this is just a wild idea). Few things I want to mention; this app is so glitchy. There’re still a lot of glitches when using the app. I will close the app and reopen it and still experience glitches. Another thing I experienced which didn’t appear before, is the fact that the app will remind me of bills I already paid. That happened in the last few months. I assume there may be a problem with their system. In conclusion, it’s a great app with many features but with a lot of glitches. If you don’t use it everyday but just set your budget and check it once or twice a week, you will be ok and happy. Thank you
