This app I'm sure if great but it won't open on the iPad. If you are planning to use this on an iPad then don't buy it.. It's just a white screen only works on iPhones and iPods

I bought this app thinking it would provide some new recipes to help me on the zero belly diet. It didn't. This app only regurgitates the recipes provided in the original book. Don't waste your money.

This is not an interactive app. It is a straight meal and exercise plan for 14 days. Not worth the purchase

The app gave the right amount of detail and is organized and easy to use. Appreciated the animations on the workouts. Totally made it through the 14 days with a bit of substitutions and I did lose weight and feel good. I’m using the app as I continue on, using the principals even after the 14 days and with the app screens as reminders. Glad I did this!

For most people, having to plan out a workout routine and the food you need to buy, can be the reasons you never start working out to begin with. This app does that for you and more! For 14 days you'll have daily workouts and meals, right on your phone. The workout instructions are clear, animated, and you can even keep track of what you've done from within the app itself. If you want to lose weight the easiest way possible, try this app.

The app is pretty good but needs to include the amount of food from the grocery list for the recipes so we know how much to buy

This could be great but instead it is thrown together and inconsistent. The list of foods you need doesn't even include all the recipe ingredients and it's not printable and can't be copied-- so much for a shopping list. Info is missing, like #8 on "Legumes" in the Zero Belly Foods list. This isn't even an app-- it's more like some kind of ebook, so navigation is frustrating. Thumbs down.

Just not the app for me. I was looking forward to using this app. Upon reviewing, the workouts were great and the equipped timer helps. I was liking the smoothie recipes but once we got to lunch and dinner I knew the plan would not work for me. I am a full-time working mom of two very busy boys. I feel like I spend more time driving to and from then I do at home. I need recipes for real people with ingredients I have. I don't want to spend a lot of extra time and money buying items I won't use again or making items my family (or myself) wouldn't actually enjoy, if I could even find the time to make it. If there were substitute recommendations within the app to select from, that would be a definite plus!
