Former CIA director Lynn now leads a quiet life as an organic miniture goat farmer with her husband Zepp. Evil Admiral Diri Giblenski has kidnapped Lynn and will kill her unless she helps him. In his youth Zepp flew the Goodyear blimp for a summer job and takes to the skies to chase after Admiral Diri across the globe to rescue Lynn. Or something like that.
