It is very weird because when you open the app all you hear is breathing and when I got in a phone call it sound as if a line has been added when I am on the app

Ads and crashing

Ever since the update, the ads you watch to get coins haven’t been working. I would tap the place where if you watch 5 ads you get 500 coins and it would look like the ad was loading and then the app would crash. Mind you, I don’t have any internet or wifi connection problems so the ads should have worked. And I don’t have the money to buy coins so I rely on the ads, which I don’t mind watching for the most part. Also, about the app crashing... it crashes all the time. Whenever I would change my character’s outfit, try to go onto a world, and even try to submit an Ootd. When I first got Zepeto it was really good at not crashing every time I log on like how it does now. With the more frequent updates, I feel like the app just isn’t as good as it used to be. Please fix your app.

i think i might be banned from my own account!!! i can log in on any other device but my phone which is bad because i rarely have access to another device i’ve tried to reset my password countless times but it never works i tried to manipulate the other device into changing it which worked but it still won’t let me in i’m tired of this and i just want to play my favorite game but i’m starting to wonder if it’s even worth the effort

ever since the update on july 1st, zepeto has gone downhill. it added an unnecessary currency called “zems” and made it almost impossible to get them without paying real money. also the new layout is really messy and the one from before was way easier to navigate and it looked much more organized. another thing is that since the update the app is VERY laggy and crashes multiple times. i can’t even go in a chat room and last at least 5 minutes in there without the app crashing because another player joined. so basically in conclusion you guys really just ruined your own app with these updates and lag and i want the old zepeto back. please listen to our reviews and actually do something about it because right now it just seems like you guys don’t even care about your audience and just want the money. also for those who are saying to not download the app since it “hacks and tracks you”, that’s so fake lol. do you guys really believe those rumors?? i’ve had zepeto since november of 2018 and nothing suspicious has happened so either you guys are just making up lies or there is another thing causing those noises in your phone because i have never gotten them before. so yeah, that’s my review i hope you developers actually read it and do something about it because a lot of other people dislike these things in the app too :/
