Game crashing in areas

You need to update it and fix the bugs I keep crashing in the tundra and you need to fix the bugs so people can continue to play the game and have fun so please fix these issues

This is a nice game, if it didn’t crash. I get to the north of the town to collect ice from frozen monsters and it all of a sudden crashes. Can you fix that please? I want to keep play but if this continues, I’ll erase my progress and find another game to replace it.

Found a new bug as soon as you reach the snow area, you go so far to the right and it crashes.

I tried to do the Den of Trails in order to level up my character. But for some reason, the game crashes. And every time I make a little progress, it crashes. Can you please fix this? This is perhaps one of my favorites of the Zenonia series.

I can’t get past the Hades Snow Field

This game is amazing, no doubt. I played this on my IPad 2 for years. So I decided to download it on my new phone I recently got. It was already pre installed with IOS 11. I played up until the point where Chael makes you go to the Tundra. But the problem is, I can’t get past the Hades Snow Field. When I pass a boundary, my game crashes, and I haven’t found a way to go around the invisible line. The line is in the middle of the Entrance to the Tundra area. Please optimize the game for IOS 11 better. Edit: I can’t even enter the game anymore. It keeps getting stuck on the Gamevil logo screen. Tried resetting the game, and resetting my phone. But it won’t work, and I don’t want to lose all my data.

Glitches out of map

So...Love this game so far, however recently was doing a quest to push stone so that I can bypass the barrier and somehow my character glitched up to a mountain while pushing the stone.I’m currently stuck between two fences and can’t move. I have screenshots. Through some thinking, I turned into a bear (Druid class) a few times and got down. Please make sure this doesn’t happen again.

At a point if the game, I kept on crashing. I tried everything, I even restarted on another device to see if it was just my device. But I always crash at a specific point. During Chael's quest when he asks you to go somewhere dangerous, I kept on crashing the first ice map.

Fun game but...

I was having a lot of fun playing this game but then in chapter 3 it would crash while fighting in the tundra. :(
