So I downloaded this game a few days ago and every time I go to start a new game it just force closes the app

It’s a fun game when you can get past the loading screen

I truly did enjoy the game but unfortunately The game suddenly stopped working customer support was no help deleting it and downloading it again does nothing. Every time I get to the main menu if I click anything instantly crashes
