My gym uses Zen Planner to post the workouts for the day, let people register for classes, log their results and perform basic account stuff like paying for another series of membership. I find the app really quick and easy to use.
All I get is a pulsing Z now

I installed this because it was the only way to get a schedule for something. It may have worked then but now does nothing.

95% of the time when I open this app it sits and loads and loads and loads and never does anything. Why even bother using it. When it does decide to work its clunky and does not work nearly as well as just simply going online. Totally pointless and a waste of time.
I have to delete the app to use it every time

I can only log into the app 1x. After that it just gets stuck in the logging in process with the spinning circle. In order to use the app again I have to delete it entirely and then log back in. Use it 1x... rinse and repeat. Woof!

The only way I can access my gym with this app is to delete it from my phone and reinstall. Also, I’ve had to reset my password at least 3 times in about 6 months.

Always have a problem logging in, and app crashes daily. I have to delete the app and reload it just to be able to log on and schedule a class! Horrible!!!!!

I feel like this app is down more than it’s up and running. Beyond frustrating.
Won’t even load, and you can’t even let them know!

Tried loading the app, and the Zen icon just sits there and pulses. Force closed it, still happens. Tried to let developers know, and the ‘page cannot be found.’ Wow. Is there a negative star rating avail?!
