I'm not someone who plays a lot of mobile games but this one is one of the few that is a favorite. It's definitely a relaxed pace but I like that, personally.

I am really addicted to this game and downloaded it because it didn’t appear to have a subscription price. However, there is no way to save your progress and you must pay each time to “refresh” your game. Am I crazy or is this suspiciously like a subscription? UPDATE: I think I was mistaken and will play some more to verify one way or the other.

I LOVE this game it’s really great, the only things I think should be improved is how many egg and koi slots u have and the purchase to get a new slot my other issue is that u can’t make sharp turns overall 10/10 game definitely get( if u like this game check out part 2 )

I love this game. No offense, but it’s so much better than Zen Koi 2. It looks better, more reasonable, and easier to play. The only thing I would add is that the price for koi slots is a little high. If it could be decreased, then it would be perfect. Its already my favorite game, and want to keep it that way!!

It does get boring after like 25-30 mins of playing it, but overall it is a pretty fun game. It could be better though, the overall game performance is good. But i have been noticing some lagging during gameplay, its not much lag. But its just enough for it to be noticable, maybe that issue in game performance can be fixed in the next update (if any). But yeah, this game is ok which is why i gave it a 3 star rating. I dont think it deserves a rating higher than that, atleast thats what my opinion on it is. I wouldnt recommend this game to people who dont like spending loads of time trying to complete a game, though i would recommend this game to people who play games that require much time to complete in game tasks and challendges. (For Example) If youre the type of person that plays mmo games, minecraft, resource games, ect. Then youll be ok with spending lots of time on this game easily if you find the title and the game interesting. (But) If youre the type if person that plays games fast paced games like call of duty, then you may not find this title or game interesting as this game requires a lot of time to unlock in game items and requires even more time trying to improve the koi/fish in the game. Basically in the game you start out as a small koi fish in a pond, over time of youre fish feeding off the living in the pond. Youre koi will eventually grow into an adult, once that happens you can look for another adult koi fish and mate for a koi egg. Once you aquire a koi egg after mating you will have three options on what to do with it, you can either leave the egg ( as in get rid of it), you can hatch the egg now which will require a pearl, or you can add the koi egg to youre egg list and wait for the egg to hatch over time. As youre koi pond starts to increasvwith fish, youre pond will also need to increase which brings me to my next point. You can find items throughout the pond that you can use to expand youre koi pond, this will allow for you to have more feeding ground and space for youre fish. The larger the pond, the more resources youll need to gain.

Only 3 koi slots. Extras can be bought for 10 pearls but I can only get one pearl per ad. Is this a joke? Your game is a money grabber. And after reading another review similar to mine, I looked at the awards but it’s hard to achieve them with limited SPACE! The other ways of getting pearls are probably just as crappy as the one I mentioned.

This app is so calming. I can see why they call it Zen koi. The music is so beautiful. If you have stressful days and don’t have this app, you must get it! I love that when one of your koi become a dragon, you get to swim in the stars! But I think you should be able to earn pearls by catching prey. My egg list is always so full because I don’t have enough pearls to get a slot for the baby koi or to hatch the egg. If there’s going to be a Zen koi 3 please put my idea in it. Also love Zen koi 2! Love that you get to breed with other koi!
