Last level and it glitched

My son found the last book and before he could go back to the letter Z and finish the game, it glitched. We tried clicking everywhere on the screen but the zebra is stuck in the house and can’t leave so we can’t finish the game. My son and I are so upset.
I can’t save my friend

On the last level, my friend has to sit on the pillar in order to open up the gate. I am still trying to find a solution to save her. Do you know the answer to this?

The free trial of the app was neat, but not enticing enough to pay the hefty monthly premium for this app. I was looking for an app that I could outright purchase or had a lower price-point for a monthly subscription model. The app experience was frustrating...even after we tried to pay to unlock the next levels (letters). The continual reset to the very beginning intro story after trying to pay and unlock made us skeptical. Great concept, hoping it develops into better execution and better preview of what learning experience for our kiddo we’re getting for the money.

I purchased the app last August. Eventually it began to randomly shut down and now I can’t get passed the letter A without being locked out and forced to buy a subscription.

I have never given feedbacks, but now I want to tell everyone, that Zebrainy is perfect app! It’s really interesting, effective and very graceful game! My son plays every day and says that would like to once find himself in Zebra’s world!
