While I’m trying to import photos to my camera roll, the app gets stucked and nothing works or moves. I need to exit the app, open it again and reconnect it.

sometimes,zapya make my phone to do nothing.when opens zapya app, it takes to long to open app.plz fix this app.

I use XS with iOS 13.3 Zapya update was done but can’t do nothing with the app. It stops at its on-display page. Can’t open the app is the issue. It isn’t functioning.
