Can't even use the app bc it doesn't even go into the the main screen of the app. Fix pls

I used to use this app all the time . Then it just shut down and stayed at the main screen . It doesn't let you go to any chat rooms or anything . This app needs serious attention. I won't b wasting my time with this app again .✋??✌️

No offense I still have this app on my iPod fourth-generation I have a iPod fifth-generation & I cannot even let it come to the home screen automatically shuts itself down every time I download I do not like this app anymore
