حطيت الرقم وكلمة السر دخل لمدة اسبوع وبعدها طلع لحالوا حطيت ارسال الرمز عن طريق رقم الموبايل قال بدو يكون من عشر خانات وبيعطيني رقم البرودباند الو رقم الموبايل غير صحيح ومزبط الرقم الموبايل ورقم البرودباند وحطيت ارسال رمز عن طريق رقم الخط يجي الكود بعد 6او 7ساعات ارجوا مراجعة التطبيق وتحسينة بسرعة رقم الموبايل 0779074471 ورقم البرودباند 0797953292

It’s so basic the doesn’t have a payment features it works like an extension to enter the charging card number that much easier to do it manually. Slow response from the system communication. The app doesn’t accept paste function, it gave a system error.
Bad design and services don’t always work

All I want to do is pay through the app, but the service doesn’t work ? Doesn’t even give an error or confirmation after submitting the payment

بصراحة تطبيق متواضع جداً و لا يليق بحجم شركة زين ال UX سيئ جداً ال Design يشبه العاب الاطفال ال Functionality محدودة انظروا الى تطبيقات جيرانكم و شوفوا الخدمات و سهولة الاستعمال!

Finally we can talk to the customer service through the app in chat or by calling.. thank you! The only feature i wanna see is paying my bills through the app and the ability to keep my account logged in without logging in every single time by typing in my number and the password nor the remember me section, i just want it to stay open , other than that a great update and a great app over all, thanks. Update: never mind the payment through the app, just found it!
