I've always loved Zagat's spot on reviews and selection of top places. This app update is long overdue and takes it up a big notch over other restaurant apps. If you care about good food, this app is incredibly useful. What I love is that it only shows me good spots and I don't have to wade through tons of bland places or junk reviews.

This app is more selective than yelp or foursquare about what restaurants are included, which saves me time sifting through crappy places and crappy reviews. The search is great, the lists are great. Finally! There's an app for dining that can find me restaurants that are all good. No more browsing and sifting through crappy listings. And it's totally searchable. Any type of food, neighborhood, even things on a menu (how do they even do that?!?) -- I don't get the people who get hung up on the 30pt scale. It's the 21st century. The world is different and now Zagat is so much better! Yay!

The "New in Your Area" list has saved me quite a few times when it's my job to choose a restaurant. Reviews and ratings are spot on; I've yet to get a bad pick on a new place.
