App has not all the options

Lots of options are available only through the web page, payment information and personal sett is, for example. People downloading phone apps to avoid using web versions, so this is extremely frustrating. Also, you can not send text messages to certain countries, Russia for example. But you learn about it only AFTER you put money on your account. As well, when trying to send text to a USA number, system gives you an error, but web version sends such text just fine. Honestly I’d recommend to search for another service.

BUG: anonymous caller causes anonymous dialed

If a caller calls without caller i’d (“anonymous” in the Zadarma iphone app), then the app ALSO shows the number that they called as “anonymous”. In other words, the app does not tell you what number of yours the anonymous caller has just called, and this information is lost. The number called should be shown (obviously, right?). Thanks. Love your app and service. ✌️

I use Zadarma number and the app as my business phone. It integrates with my phone book and very easy to use. All calls from the app are marked clearly, so I never mistake my personal and business calls.

I’ve never seen such low prices on international call. With Zadarma app you just need good internet connection and calls to any country’s number cost literally cents.

They sell phone numbers that you cannot use for the first 3 months. You tell me, what is the purpose of purchasing a phone number that does not work? The information about 3 months wait is hidden. I call it FRAUD! They also require you to send them a photo of yourself holding your open passport in front of the blank sheet with written today’s date on it. They are collecting personal information. I will report this company to the authorities. Your response is inadequate. You fraudulent description says nothing about a 3 month wait before anyone may use the number. First 5 bullet points in your app description are all lies! I have sent all required by you proof (outrageous invasion of privacy), and still cannot use my number. Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! That is what you are.

Running an on-demand courier service needs a prompt phone network solution. Well, my search ended with Zadarma, who made sure your business’s phones system work and uninterrupted to handle the clients on time.
