Only a couple of negatives about this app that the phone contacts aren't connected to z5--so it would not be so much of work to add them from the computer. And when I have at least 2 or 3 cellular bars, interpreter can't see me very well and kept disconnecting me from the phone call because of weak cellular.

It's okay. Sometimes when someone calling me, sms alert notify me but when I click on z5 app, it did not show any call like accept or reject... Horrible! And also when sign in, sometimes it took so long to Get into it.. Need fix that issues. Z5 apps need to update badly!

I have big problem with Z5 mobile cuz it can't comply with Google Fiber. Z5 kept cutting me off. Z5 mobile haven't update for a long time. So I use Convo which can comply with Google Fiber. I rated Z5 mobile 3 stars.

I honestly don't know where to begin. It's not mobile friendly, does not login effectively, place calls (will say preparing for 5 minutes), and no alert or pop up of someone calling- a text notification after the call was made. Contacting customer service... yep "preparing". Maybe this way I'll get some customer support.

Why not you guys update the app with full-screen notification without login just same concept to Sorenson VRS did to its app. I want this app same to SVRS app, which will be easier for us to receiving call from someone important instead missed calls and have to access login the app. Please do it!!! I mean it!

The app won’t stay open while I’m watching VRS in a meeting. I had to tap it to prevent it from going to sleep! Fix it!

I dialed and it kept dialing, never get through to relay person. Tried it on WiFi and my cell network. Fix it! iPhone 7 Plus!

Open in my Z5 on now please call me Linda Larose 18 Burke street, INDAIN,ORCARD, Mass01151 and 11/28/54. Power off few day . That why I m let you know . Open if not work name different !
