Can't restore purchases

The game is great but I recently realized I couldn't restore my purchases so I tried more but it wouldn't work I'm sad because I can't restore a simple purchase.

Gameplay is too slow in comparison to Duel Links. This would be a much better game if they allowed players to speed up the transition through draw phase to end phase. Also the method for choosing how your monsters attack an opponents monsters is a step backwards to previous Yu-Gi-Oh! Games. Take advantage of the touch screen technology like Duel Links did and allow players to drag a monster cursor to an opponents monster to initiate an attack.
Gameplay fairness

Every time I’m close to winning, my opponents purposely disconnect so their rankings won’t go down. It’s also unfair to me because if I automatically win from my opponent disconnecting, then I’m unable to get the amount of duel points from a regular win. Please make sure that players who purposely disconnect get their rankings lowered and that the player that would of won from a regular win receives the full amount of duel points. Until then, I’m gonna have to give the app 1 Star.

It seems better than all those other Yu-Gi-Oh! games but still the pack you use to get cards in life and in other games are still always annoyingly random.
Straight and simple, really cool.

I like almost everything about this game. Maybe the only thing would be a better way to obtain specific cards, but everything else is great.

Write down your password and username, do not log out! The game will lose your information and have no record of your email. I’ve lost over 3,000 cards because of this. I’ve lost money,time and now I have to start all over again!
Social Game, needs more Socialing

Being able to play with other real-life players and add them as a friend is great, but there is no way to communicate to them. Rematching is impossible because it only works if two players are on at the same time. There needs to be some notification that tells that someone wants to duel them.
