Why can’t you upload?

So you’re saying I need to have a computer to make my thumbnails excuse me I’ve searched up on YouTube a bunch of tutorials and they said to put one of my favorite pictures and to upload it and it didn’t work I am disappointed and in the preview you could just say it’s needed for computers ONLY that all?????

I hate this app because it keep say that I got to verify my YouTube account but I did it 3 time in it still say that! I don’t like this app at all

I love the app and overall I would give it a 4 out of 5. Its a really quick, helpful app, and you can easily be able to edit your videos and see all the changes between your channel and where it started. Anyways, onto the small problem, I seem to not be able to find the “featured and eligibility” tab and I really need to get to that, but I’ve been looking a lot all around YouTube and YouTube studio for it although it’s nowhere to be found. I want to be able to enable the feature where you can make a video longer than 15 minutes but as I said, can’t find the feature. I feel like it’d make my videos much better if they were longer because right at the moment, I can only post videos under about 10 seconds. It’s really annoying and it’s hard to post longer videos because of the “error uploading video”. Please respond to this and help me out. I’ve looked everywhere at YouTube videos on where and how to find where the feature and eligibility tab is. As I said, I’ve looked everywhere but still nothing. I can’t find it so I may need a bit more of extended help. Have a great day and thanks for reading.

Hey it's a good app but I hope you guys add the Feature to see all the people who are subscribed to your channel. I know some people have the option to hide their subscription enabled but it's still kinda creepy to not know who is subscribed to your own channel. Thank you.
