Only feature I needed to work was setting my videos and channel to “not for kids”, can’t actually change that setting for my channel with this. Given Youtube’s usual results when it comes to “new features” or “site updates”, I’m not that surprised.

Can you provide an update for users with the iOS 13 software as well? Been having some long hour video processing issues as well

So I got the app just so I could put custom thumbnails but, every time I click on comisión thumbnails to add a custom thumbnail it says I need to verify my account.. I already did that and I continues to say that I can’t add a custom thumbnail until I verify my YouTube account. Someone help.. one star until this is fixed.

I have a small YT channel and I learned how to schedule videos. And I loved that you can do that. Because I can film 5 random videos and schedule them for different days so I can take a break with videos being uploaded. And what I would do is upload videos as private then change it to scheduled on YT studio. And now I can’t because it makes every single video I uploaded as private as a “draft”. Even though yesterday it was just fine. It says no update and it just did it automatically. And now I have to wait to upload my videos. And if google is reading this then CHANGE IT NOW. Please fix this google. I would give you 1 star if it was like this the whole time.

The way that this app works is downright obnoxious. They have one setting that you cannot adjust in the main app, which prevents you from posting videos on your phone. You can adjust it on this app, but you can’t upload anything.. This means you must constantly bounce back and forth between both apps to manage any content, and must have both apps for either to function as a content creator. This seems just a cheap/petty tactic to force people to have both apps and it’s extremely inconvenient.
