I have tried them ALL- YouTube music hands down kills it. The variety, the selection available, for $12 a month no adds and ALL MUSIC IS INCLUDED! I love it and so does my fam!

The upgrade should be $4.99for at least 6months and to many commercials other than that I love it ?

Uploaded music automatically shuffles instead of just playing albums from start to finish (unsure why there is a shuffle button at all as it does not affect this. A tile layout would be better than the list because it takes forever to navigate through uploads. I’ve gotten used to only being able to select individually downloaded albums that I uploaded to the account since the app first came out, even though it’s still a pain. Now, the app just crashes constantly and is super buggy. Prompts me 5x per use to upgrade to premium. I just subbed to Spotify instead. Good riddance, YouTube Music, and shame on whoever made the decision and worked on the transition from Google Play.

Downloaded music super unreliable

It’s basically not usable if you don’t have internet service all the time. Downloads will randomly be deleted so you can’t even save music. Going back to Spotify, this is such a disappointment.
Suggestion for an update

add a download button after you subscribe to an artist that downloads all their songs
Can't listen to X or suicide boys with out it stopping
