Not very nice

So when I first got the app it had an offline mixtape and let me play music while not in the app. Now I don't have the mixtape and it won't let me play music outside of it. Not very happy at the moment and the only way to listen to music while not in the app is to pay $13.00 for YouTube red.

Offline does not work! I don't think this is something I have to deal with if I'm paying monthly for it! Canceling for sure!

itunes music is easier to use and has more than 10 songs that you can listen to songs you download and iTunes is even better to use

Everything you do here works on normal YouTube and if you want to turn your phone off and listen you need YouTube red for it.

Can y'all fix the app in a way we're if I get off the app it still plays the song I was listening or if I lock my phone the songs don't stop playing like Pandora but I like using your app better because I can pick the song if you could find a way to do that it will be amazing btw love the app jest that one thing too make it better

Don't bother downloading this app. Gives u a month of free YouTube red and after that u have to pay 13 bucks a month to listen to an offline mixtape. Once ur time runs out u can't have a mixtape u can't even listen to songs when ur phone is off. The YouTube company is a money hor.
Offline Mixtape frustration

The offline mixtape is a great feature, but we need a way to pin songs in the offline mixtape. It drives me nuts when the offline mixtape mixes up my songs when it refreshes, so it's hard to find songs, or sometimes the ones I like are replaced by other suggested songs, or songs I just listen to just to check them out but didn't really like. So pins songs stay on top in the order you place them. Thanks.
