The app looks promising but I don't see any support for wifi. My use is in an area without cellular reception. So far calls to youroam just go to voicemail.
Saved me from my crazy roaming bills

As a lawyer, when I travel I have to be reachable by my office and clients. Trying to give out my Skype or Viber name was a pain and I would miss calls so I would just pay the crazy roaming bills. This app is great because my clients can still call my cell phone number if there is an emergency and if I'm out of data range, my missed calls and voicemails are logged and the smart caller id tells me exactly who called making it easy to catch up when I get back to data range or WiFi.
