Paid but did not get a hairstyle

I was having fun with this app, however, when I paid for a hairstyle it said congratulations and brought me back to my original picture minus the hairstyle. It only cost me 99 cents, not sure if it was a bug but it obviously isn't worth using! Please contact me to fix this problem, thank you.
