Unsure of what Body Mass Index is? It is a reference index (invented by Belgian scientist Jacques Quetelet and adopted by the World Health Organisation) based on your weight and height used to evaluate the risks associated with excess weight in adults.

I am "4"ft. "0"in and 10 years old and weigh 62ilbs. And the lowest age you could enter is 14!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm a man and I weight more than the average so it says I'm close to be obese (me = 27.5 lbs over the avg, obese = 30 lbs over the avg) based on my weight, my age and my height. Well, I'm not big at all but I have muscles. This is a FAILURE.
I'm a swimmer and according to this I am almost obese because I weight 150 lbs and are only 5'4''. I work out everyday and eat very well and yet I'm obese. That doesn't make sense. Very poorly done app! Oh and I have 12% body fat in case anyone still believed the app!!!
This uses the 80 year old night weight index which means if you are short but very strong muscles making you weigh more.. You will be considered fat soo this is a waist of time.
