The app will not open. I have deleted it and reinstalled to no avail. Please fix so I can access my purchases.

This app for Family Chronicle and Internet Genealogy doesn't work. It abends constantly, and does not sync between devices. It also does not hotlink any URLs within the magazine, and has no ability even to select/copy the URL to a web-browser. It's very frustrating. I will be going back to the PDF version which ironically has the same URL problems, but at least it won't abend. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Why would anyone use this app? If you have any sense at all you'll either get the magazine subscription or find the website and get the pdf version. Either way, you will save money. Through the app you'll pay a whole lot more. This is a real shame because I wanted to be able to use the app, but not when they charge more!
