Doesn’t recognize my face or password and I have to reset every time!

Doesn’t recognize login. Online is slightly better, but app is complete trash.

Every time I try to sign in on the app it automatically force close itself. I have not been able to login.

The app straight up does not work. I cannot get past my username because it says I have to complete registration, but when I try to submit the form for that it says I already have an account registered with the username on file. How else can I track my balance besides logging in to the website?
