Okay so I've been using this app for like 2 and a half years now and it's the worst thing ever for me because I didn't do anything that bad and I've been trying to contact y'all and nobody wants to help. Idk what's wrong and all but I want y'all to fix it if y'all care about your product. A lot of people are dealing with the same problem.

So i got banned for life and i don't even know why and i entered an unban request multiple times explaining the situation and even apologizing but after all of that i didn't even receive a single reply aside from not getting unbanned. Literally don't even get waste your time trying to get unbanned, they don't even care. I don't see why they let you request for an unban. Even if i did do something wrong i should at least get a second chance. Thank you
