Does not work with red pocket. Poor customer service.

Does not work with Red Pocket and Customer Service has been of no assistance. Adding to my review as the developer has now emailed me twice. I reached out AGAIN to both companies. YouMail blames Red Pocket and Red Pocket blames YouMail. I have dialed every *6- number that they have told me to. Red Pocket has tried to enable the call-forwarding from their side. Everyone agrees that it should work, but it’s not their problem. ??♀️

Used to be a nice service, then it suddenly stopped working and won’t work anymore. No support to find out why.

Way too many glitches

This is a great app to start with an a great concept. However there are way too many glitches with this app to be reliable. Such as because it takes over for your factory Voicemail at random times and add its own discretion it will turn on your voicemail and not allow any phone calls to come through to your phone instead it captures them all in the voicemail sometimes not even notifying you of a new message for hours. Also when you blacklisted color yes they do hear that this number is not in service message however if they wait until the message is done playing they will been here 8 feet and they are then able to leave a voicemail The app was working just fine until their most recent update introducing the call blocking tab once that update rolled out the app went rapidly downhill

No. No. 1,000 times no. Part of YouMail’s business is the collection of information. But in these days of worsening privacy, don’t give them information on everyone in your phone book! Stop using YouMail!!!
