I've ordered from YoShirt about seven or eight times, and while there have been a few miscommunications/errors in production, it's always been handled very properly. Their team deserves an A+ for their problem resolving alone. But I don't want to focus too much on errors in my review. The material is what you'll love. If you're on the fence about spending $35+ on a shirt, don't be. The material is super soft, but also very durable. You can absolutely tell it's been hand-stitched/ attended to, and that's a good thing. I've washed the shirts I've received from them in a normal cycle in my washer/dryer without a single issue. As far as the wait goes, I've had it taken as little as one week to as long as a month and a half to receive a shirt. More often than not, it's been rather fast. As I said, I've probably placed 7-8 orders over the last year and a half, so I've seen the app itself getting updated regularly with new features added that we've all asked for, and they look to be continuing that trend. Overall, despite any mistakes, YoShirt get five stars from me. They always fix the error, and that's all that matters. You can tell they put a lot of work into their shirts, so it's money well spent and a company that deserves to be supported. Thanks for everything.
