I had this product for just over 1 month and am now seeing problems. I have disconnected and reconnected my camera and it still will not work! Doesn’t seem to recognize the camera (I’ve tried WiFi and directly connecting to my router). I guess you get what you pay for.

Spent hours trying to get this to connect to the Camera with no luck. The camera is the problem I think-sent direct from China. The voice to guide you even has a thick Chinese accent that I can’t understand.

Last app update placed a time out function and can’t change it

After the last app update - there was a time out function applied to it. But I have not been able to find a place to change the length you can run the program before it times out or turn it off. For people who use this as a monitor it timing out all the time is not good. Please either take the time out function. Away or let us choose the length of time before it times out or the ability to turn it off.
