I love this app but I hate the fact that when I download apps I haven't been getting credited for it and that is really upsetting, if this keeps up I will delete it

This app has the best point-to-dollar conversion rate I've seen on any earn cash app. Download apps and earn cash, but some apps don't pay out. I downloaded a VPN app that was worth 440 points and never received them. They know there is a problem and try to make up for it by doubling payouts, but it's still annoying to not get the points. The app definitely has the potential to be great, but needs a little more work.

Well, tried it out and nothing seems to be working other than spending points. I can't seem to earn any points with anything I've downloaded. I've looked through this app, followed the instructions, and decided to give it 24 hours to see if my points would come but they don't. Do not download this, it's a waste of time and space.

I've had this app for almost a week. I downloaded enough apps to get credit for almost $20 to cash out and never received credit for anything but 82 points. I emailed in and they told me I needed to wait 24 hours when I had already waited 72 hours on most of the apps. I had explained this in the email that I wrote in along with the list of apps and the times and dates that I downloaded them. They offered me 15 extra credit points and then told me they couldn't find my login. Waste of time!

You don't get credited for even one half of the crappy apps they have you download. Worse yet, they don't actually give credit for the promotions they offer. There are much better apps out there. Don't waste your time.

I first installed this app and everything was fine. I received 2 payments. The 1st one was fine, the 2nd one I asked for a cashout amount and it took all my credits, so I never received the money and my credits on the app were gone. After that, it stopped crediting me for the apps that I downloaded and used. I wrote CS and they responded to gave them my email address so they could credit my account. I did that, and they never replied or credited. I wrote then several more times for follow up and never got a response. Dont lose your time. Feature points and inbox dollars are better.

For the first few days that I had the app, it worked as promised. Although the payout took longer than normal and some offers didn't credit after that, the company was very generous in compensating for the fix. Obviously, they want their users to be happy.
