Totally broken for me

I can’t sign in, and the forgot password function is broken. The reset password email never arrives. Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder. I’ve checked everywhere. The password reset email is simply broken. It’s hard to imagine a company caring about its users AND allowing something so fundamental to break. I can’t help conclude that Yonomi doesn’t care about its users.

I have around 20 smart devices and this app supports NONE of them. And as far as I can tell even the devices it supports there is very little you can do with this app. IFTTT, Stringify, and Smart Life offer a lot more than functionality and even Alexa’s own native app can do more than this via Routines.
Much more useful with Siri shortcuts but lousy support

Yonomi was already a great app that has Nest Support which is a must for me. Adding Siri shortcuts just made this app invaluable. However, fan start / stop for Siri shortcuts seems to be missing which is a huge feature. I reached out to them and they said it was there but I don’t see it. I’ve since reached out 2 more times without any response. 3 stars instead of 5 for two reasons. 1. Missing an important feature that their own support said was there. 2. Support not getting back after the initial response... twice. Hopefully I hear from them soon and the app gets updated with the siri shortcut feature. I will update to 5 stars once these happen. EDIT: emailed support again... response almost 2 weeks later asking for my account info. Sent it. Been another week and no reply. Reducing my rating to 2 stars for lousy support and wasting my time. I will gladly up this rating once this gets addressed properly. EDIT 2: down to one star for leaving me hanging and not getting back to me still!!
Poor recognizing of devices

Only found half of hue lights, icon of speaker for one light, would not connect to Lurton account (stuck in a loop). All this makes app worthless.

Frequently unable to execute routines with service not available errors. Epic failure to execute for a cloud based company but then it is free so you get what you pay for.

This app used to work well but the “Alexa...turn the tv on” stopped working. I’ve reported it but no feedback or customer care. Is anyone having this issue?
Love the Siri shortcuts for Logitech Harmony

I downloaded this to try out the Apple Shortcuts feature to control Logitech Harmony devices since it’s missing in the Logitech app. Now I can turn on Apple TVs, home theatre, amplifiers, Airplay 2 devices, radios etc using Siri!
