I have taken Allison's classes for almost 4 years. She is the best at what she does. And now after moving to India, I miss her classes so much. But then I remembered - oh wait she has an app!! I quickly bought multiple sequences and they are great. If you are looking for a yoga app you can rely on, the one that has proper instructions and demos, look no further!!

I highly recommend this fantastic yoga app. With clear verbal explanations and helpful photos, Allison helps you unwind and, as she says, unravel from your travels or, really, everyday tension. She explains how to use your breath to fully realize the goals of a given pose to release tension. Of course it's helpful to already know the basics of yoga, but I feel that if you taken some classes and understand these moves you can easily use this app And will certainly benefit from this practice.

Allison is amazing and her soothing voice and detailed photos really make me want to practice my yoga! I can't wait for the new sequences. The app itself is beautiful, smooth, and wonderfully thought-out. Hats off!

This app is great, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a while. The pictures clearly show the poses and are helpful references. And Allison is an amazing teacher who seamlessly guides you through the sequence, making it easy to follow along. I’m excited to see what new practices come out. If you can’t make class, this is the next best thing!

Allison English's Yoga+Travel app offers the best yoga sequence and practice experienced outside of a studio. Her delivery is thorough, with poses held just long enough to allow for a great release, and beautifully done. The visuals and audio are clear, crisp, and easy to follow.
