This is my quick go to for yoga on the go. It's easy to use and covers many areas when you don't have a lot of time, great to have at your side. Definitely one to check out.

This is my new favorite Yoga app. I have the Daily Yoga app and love it, but this one is clean and uses more earthly tones. I enjoy it very much.
Great way to get back into yoga

I practiced yoga during my pregnancy and post- partum as I tried to get back into shape. Stopped practicing when the class I attended was cancelled. It's been about five months and I can really feel a difference. I wake up with lower back pain and when I went for a massage I was told that my back & shoulders were very tight. I can barely touch my toes right now so I'm too self conscious to attend a class. This app is a great way to practice if you are somewhat familiar with the poses (and alternative poses if you aren't able to do the pose) and you know how to transition between poses. It may not be the best way to learn yoga.
It's a great app, yoga class at anytime anywhere!!

It is really easy to follow like in-class yoga and helpful. I have scoliosis and turtle-neck, suffering frequent headache and muscle pains from unbalanced body. Whenever I have pains, this app is helpful to relieve the pains and makes my body balanced.
App acts funny at times

Great app for a begginer or someone that wants to return practicing. You can use it with your ipad or iphone and take it to any place. I love it.
Downloaded programs gone!

This is a great app, but I spent close to an trying to download all the videos so that I could have them at home offline. They lasted for what must have been a day and I was promoted to re download the programs again! So frustrating! Please fix. I can't use this app without the ability to download programs and play them offline.
