As someone who is just beginning her yoga journey, I was so happy to stumble across the yogajournal.com website and all it had to offer. The extensive library of yoga poses was exactly what I needed to get started and I was hoping the app would have this included. While I appreciate the issues offered on the app, the yogajournal, it could offer so much more, and I hope you take this into consideration:)
Glitchy And Broken Subscription Service

I would have reported a problem within the app but the app freezes whenever I attempt to. To make matters worse I have a subscription but the app never seems to remember that and tries to charge me even though it isn’t time for me to renew my subscription. I have also had issues with getting the magazine itself to load and the app in general is just plain buggy. I don’t normally leave reviews bu the headaches with this app are insurmountable enough to make it not worth it until they address this problems. I will be cancelling my subscription.

The app closes as I’m reading. I keep an opening the app and have to find the page where I left off. It’s annoying ?
App crashes every time

The app crashes about a minute after opening every time. So irritating that I canceled my subscription. It’s too bad because I always enjoyed the content - just can’t keep the app open long enough to read an article now :/

I’m unable to read the journal on any device. It crashes. It only downloads adds and not the articles. I want my money back.

I’m writing this review after trying to read the current issue and having to tolerate 5 or more crashes in 20 minutes. This app used to work well but has become nearly unusable.
App really went down!

This used to be a great interactive app and a great magazine but now a new issue takes months to come out and it doesn’t automatically show up in the app. It’s the middle of May and I still only have a March/April issue. Won’t renew my subscription.
Be aware impossible to cancel subscription

Last year I found a charge for this magazine and requested to be cancel. Once again this year they charge again for content I don’t even use or read. Sent email to Apple and have clicked on the cancel subscription button many times. But now it’s another year they take my money without consent and even though they bill in advance there’s no option to get your money back. Please stop taking my money !!!

I have been a subscriber for a long time of print and the app. I did away with the print to save the land fields and just use the app. It looks like it updated, but everything is gone.
