I've been practicing yoga for awhile and find this app very well done and beneficial to my practice. She shows how to set up poses by having prep pics along with descriptions as to how to do the poses. There are also movies and even a Pilates movie as a bonus. Her voice is calming and reassuring. She's in great shape which shows what yoga can do for the body.

Just right for my level, not too hard and not too easy. The movies do require an internet connection, but there are over 100 poses that can be viewed without a connection. I would recommend.
