The widget is garbage. It often shows up as unavailable and when it does pop up and I tap numbers to find someone the widget becomes unavailable again. Refund please!

I have the 6 Plus and this app works great for me, with one exception. Somehow I managed to add someone whom I rarely associate with to the shortcut/fav list. I can't remove her name, not can I figure out how to add anyone else to the shortcut/fav list. Can someone help me? valsue75atgmaildotcom

I have an IPhone5; installed this app; can't get it to do anything except stay on the original page giving me options for Tutorials, Facebook, etc. Nothing I do gets it to go to the actual page.. Glad I didn't have to pay for this. Clicked on support; get to a page with pictures of various Harshdeep Sigh; no support from that page.
