Won't load coupons

I was able to log in but when I click add coupon it freezes up and get a message "can't load coupon to card".

Your prices can't compete with Meijer; nor can your app. Digital coupons are critical to your revenue, and a large portion of your target demographic cannot access them. Fix it.

If the app could access the weekly ad I'd be much happier with it. Also a sort function for coupons it would make clipping them easier

Meijer's mPerks app is way better

There are more savings using the mPerks app and Meijer regularly updates it. Spartan needs to catch up if they expect to stay in business.

More like a brochure than a loyalty program app. Doesn't include an image of the card to use at a scanner. Too many coupons and they're not indexed.

Adding card to passbook

Nice to be able to add card to passbook. Needed to log out then back in to be able to add card.

Updated the app yesterday and today i can't login. Thanks for making the decision of which grocer to visit today that much easier. ?

It won't let me log in, just keeps spinning. I hate the fact that you make us have a card in order to get sales and this stupid app that never works makes it even more ridiculous

App doesn't work. Correct user name & password works on my computer. Then had to start over 3 time because "from" was already used. Instead of letting me change it it kicks me out. Like you don't want to hear!

I've tried to use the app several times in the last 30 days. Every time I had to login multiple times. Every time I was unable to load any new coupons. I've updated the app. No luck. Very frustrating!
