Keeps crashing

The app closes or goes back to Newstand instead of going to the Library when I try to download the latest issue. When trying to download previously downloaded/purchased issues (have to download again due to so called "update"), error comes up.

Bought the November 2015 issue but no trace of the magazine. Tried re-downloading but keeps getting error message. Also, past issues missing in Library and can't recover. Can't get help or support
Fix it ASAP.

The only reason I downloaded your un-updated app (last update was November 2014) is to buy the November 2015 Aldub issue. I paid $2.99 but where is my issue!?!? Wow. So pathetic. I want my money back
