What a great way to make food!! Speak and simmer!!

Fun in the kitchen!

Loved this app. The voice control made it so easy to switch between pages of a recipe - while you were looking at the recipe, you could ask the chef quantities. I hate touching my phone when my hands are greasy or have food on them. This was a great solution to that problem!

Wonderful app!

Amazing app, I dont have any vision impairments but I still find this incredibly useful in the kitchen. I do have some friends and family who do have vision impairments and this is a godsend for them! THANK YOU!

This is a godsend

I absolutely love this app as a blind person, I have actually tried one of the recipes that I pulled up in this app, and it turned out very good. We are going to try another one that concerns stuffed chicken.

Yes chef, I like you

This is a good app especially for blind people. If you don't want to touch your phone while cooking or look at your phone while you're cooking you can completely go through a recipe by talking to yes chef play with it a little it does have a tutorial, and it takes a little bit of getting used to. This is the first app of its kind that I have seen. I am really enjoying it and I have already made some bread

Makes cooking fun

I LOVE this app. Yes Chef walks you through everything by voice, which is key when your hands are dirty (as they often are in the kitchen). Just learn a few simple voice commands and you're good to go!

I can get what to cook but not how to start the directions. Do not get it.

Simply Doesn't Work

The app hears what I say, repeats it back to me, but claims it didn't understand me. For instance: I say, "Chef, search for Apple Cake". The app responds with, "I didn't get that. I heard, 'Search for Apple Cake. Looking for something? Try saying 'Chef' followed by the recipe or ingredient?" Frustrating.

This app is a wonderful idea and as a blind person, I find it very useful. But I think it would be even better if you could upload your own recipes. If you’re looking for something specific, it can be hard to find just the right recipe.
