Access to local businesses that work hard for their customers. As a local business owner as well, I understand the value and relationships between a customer and small business. I look forward to exploring new areas around town. Restaurants, attractions, events! This Is what living is all about! Stepping out and dancing to a new band in town for example. I like to experience the response of a salesperson as I walk into a showroom whether it’s attire, cars, or furniture. I know how the dance is preformed and like to see if employees have been trained well or is it simply poor communication. Or will I be approached or ignored? Yelp has helped me determine where I spend my money by the many reviews here. I also enjoy writing honest reviews for new neighbors wanting to explore their new hometown or a visitor who doesn’t have a clue where to turn to for advise. Yelp does a thorough job with many years behind them. They are a trusted national team that delivers and deserves these 5 stars! Thank you Yelp I have been using your app I believe since it’s inception.

Took my work truck into get an oil change came home park my truck came back out later that day and there was a pool of oil underneath my truck on my driveway ,when I went to check I noticed the oil filter was leaking and also the oil pan drain plug was stripped this was the second problem I had with this company the first time the oil filter was loose .This time I will not be taking my truck back because I just do not trust those guys to work on my vehicle ,good thing I wasn’t heading back out to the Bay Area I probably would’ve blown my motor up and had no recourse. Which ever person worked on my oil pan realize they had stripped the old pan drain plug ,you don’t do that and not know it, my problem is they knew they did it and they let me drive off anyway. Maybe that’s the reason I never see a line there when I pull in.
Falcon Air Update
needs improvment.
After 2 years a new customer service rep called me and said we would be getting a new grill top to replace the rusted top. He followed up on my original complaint, called me out of the blue and it’s now replaced. Changing to 4 stars from one. The first svc guy was a real jerk.

I literally always check yelp when I go out to eat at a new restaurant or am looking for a service needed. The opinions of most people are typically spot on here!
