I have taken cabs daily for about 5 straight months using this app, so I know how this works. The biggest thing this app, and your company in general, is missing is a driver rating component. There is no accountability with your drivers, who are the face of your company. There's a guy driving me right now going 30 mph over the speed limit, barely paying attention, and swerving all over the road. I could ask him to stop and get out, but then I'm late and have to get another cab. And there's no guarantee they will be any better. You would never see this with uber be because they have addressed this with accountability. They team is professional at all times, and I can rate there drivers quickly and anonymously using their app. You've added some good things to the app with the driver tracking feature, but the drivers don't seem to care or know about it. I have waited 30 minutes for a cab once outside my home, yet I could tell the driver was only 200 yards away. I actually walked over to him and he was in a Laundromat doing his laundry! I have been picked up by drivers who had there kid in a car seat riding next to me. There are drivers who have dropped me off a quarter mile from my destination and made me walk the rest of the way, all because they knew they had power over me since I depending on them for transportation. I will state that there are some great drivers on your team. They have actually told me many of the "rules of the road" when it comes to this business, so again I know what is and isn't allowed. Without accountability in driver pool, you allow your poorer drivers to dilute your product and ruin the reputation of all the good staff members you have. No wonder Uber is preferred by those who don't need the cheapest form of travel possible. Time to shape up.

I like that you can order a cab from the iPhone and the GPS lets you know how far the cab is from the pickup location. The only way to improve on it is to have a radio button for cash or credit. My driver didn't like the credit card because he gets hit with the fee, but he took it.

The app has an option to take your phyiscal location and send that to the cab company. Don't use it because the address may be incomplete. If Yellow Cab does not understand the address, they will just ignore you although the app does provide a confirmation box that the booking was made though. The app writers need to propagate errors back to the user. With more feedback we'll know when to call

.... Basically if a driver doesn't wanna pick up your request then your " booking " is ignored and registered as completed.. That basically makes this app useless and aggravating!!
