Unfortunately, despite allowing Yahoo to share my data with their partners, the app does not recognize these sharing preferences and does not let me view media (such as Tweets or linked YouTube videos) in its articles.
Bugs, lags, and unstable

If I have the sports app on my left side for the the fast notifications on. The little mini info of my favorite teams, it doesn’t load at all. It’s just blank buggy or unstable. Funny how I updated my iPhone and just seem to made worse. I had no problems before the update. Help, it’s anxiety and annoying seeing this…
Bad app

This app always crashing, glitching, freezing, laggy, buffering, and makes your phone perform horribly. If you delete the app you have to reset your phone due to the malware the app adds to your phone. Just a terrible app and poor development team.
Missing vital functionality

I love that I can find all the sports, I HATE that there is no way to stream to my tv. It would be 5 stars all the way if they allowed it. It will not cast to Chromecast or Roku, and any time I try to mirrorcast I get an error message on the app that the content is blocked. I don’t get it, why?
Only minor issues until today

Been using this app for about a year and no real issues occasionally you have to close the app and open it again when the screen goes black for no reason. Unfortunately this app chose not to stay in its lane and only report on mainstream sports. I consciously avoid social media in the morning so I can not have to results of the f1 race spoiled for me. And of course the last race of the year where two divers are tied going into it, A winner take all situation is interesting enough to normal people for yahoo to send me the first f1 update ever and ruin the whole race for me.

Today I received a first inning score from yesterdays baseball game. And then 5 minutes later I received the final score. This app can’t be trusted. I’m watching a game (12/12/21) and the alerts this app sends aren’t even correct. What a waste of an app.

Latest update fixes widget, hopefully stays fixed now. Otherwise I am happy with the app.

The app can be buggy at times. If your location is off and you enter the app to watch a game, it’ll tell you to turn it on. However, when you re-enter the app with your location turned back on, it’ll sometimes still not let you watch. The solution to the problem is to delete the app and reinstall. Another issue I run into is that sometimes the app just has connection issues. Even if you have good coverage. App is great but needs some bug fixes.
Every Game

Every game that I watch using the YAHOo has some segment of the game; whereby, the commercials eat into the live playing of the game. I have no problems with the commercials—one needs to pay the bills, right. But EVERY GAME, I wind up missing like 3 downs of a possession. This really is disappointing. I would have given a two star rating but I gave 4 stars for the consistency.
