I thought upgrading would eliminate most of the spam but a lot still comes through.

Yahoo is at the cutting edge of innovation I enjoy yahoo. In my opinion yahoo is overqualified in their league of emails
Stopped working.

I have had yahoo mail for many many years. Last month I stopped receiving all messages and have been unable to get in touch with yahoo. Every time I try I’m told I have to subscribe for 4.99 a month to access customer support. Why should I pay to have them fix their own problem? I have had to make a completely new email with another company and am slowly transitioning all my accounts over.

Too many default functions, too cluttered for general use….bring back basic…also, where is option to choose which emails are to be filtered? In general, very dissatisfied!

I have never had a problem with Yahoo at all ever! I like its simplicity, the ability to have all my contacts in one place, folders, search, not to mention the fact that I can access it anywhere in the world, any time of the day.
Suddenly stopped working

I used the app for several months. Suddenly it stopped working on my iPhone 8. When I tapped on the app it would come up, but then just disappear. I contacted US cellular. They said to contact Apple. I contacted Apple, they said it was the app itself. They told me how to contact the developer. But when I go to app support, nothing happens. The support will not open. So basically I have this Yahoo! Mail app on my phone and it just won’t work.
No images and slow to delete

My app is becoming unusable in that it consistently doesn’t display images in email which is more than half of the messages I get. If they happened to give me a ‘view in browser’, that works but not in the email itself. If I go to safari, that works so the issue is with the app. Also when deleting email from the list screen, it takes several seconds. What’s up with that? It happened a few app updates ago and it’s really annoying.
